Lopon Dorje Khandro (Dr. Lourdes Arguelles) is teaching a series based on "A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life", a text written by the 8th century sage Shantideva. The text describes the steps that we can take to cultivate a compassionate, peaceful, and wise way of life and is remarkably relevant for our troubled times. HH the Dalai Lama has said : "If I have any understanding of compassion and the bodhisattva path, it all comes from studying this text."

The teaching sessions will be preceded by a brief Shamatha meditation practice and followed by guided contemplations based on the text.
